About the Role
To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
Ensures the delivery of the Brand promise and provides a professional and courteous service to hotel guests at all times.
Personally and frequently verifies that guests are receiving the best possible service during check-in and check-out
Greet and escort guests and assists with safely valet parking guest vehicles, delivery of luggage, registering of guests and escorting guests to room.
To deliver and collect in-room dining orders to guest rooms in a prompt and timely manner, adhering to the department standards of operation
To ensure a high level of presentation of Food and Beverage delivered to all hotel guests.
Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming
Work from 11.00pm to 7.00am, over a flexible roster.
Good food and beverage service skills.
Current NSW RSA Certificate.
Basic knowledge of wines and other beverages.
Sound customer service skills.
