About the Role

As theGuest Service Officer - Regency Club, you will be responsible for ensuring guests receive a personalised level of service from arrival to departure. In addition to replenishing food & beverage in the lounge you will also check-in & check-out guests while being able to assist guests with any queries they may have.

Main Responsibilities * Perform guest check-in and check-out * Replenish food & beverage * Create memorable guest experiences by personalising each interaction * Perform opening and closing procedures * Monitor and action emails * Check all Regency Club arrivals and VIP's making sure reservations and profiles are correct
