As the Snr Chef de Partie you will be required to oversee the smooth running of the kitchen/s with minimum supervision from the Executive Pastry Chef. Our Pastry Kitchen is responsible for catering to all departments throughout the hotel offering a variety that is second to none.

Reporting to the Executive Pastry Chef you will assist with the daily management and food preparation, ensuring maximum quality and profitability. This includes supervision, training, development and coordination of the kitchen brigade as well as effective communication and liaison with other departments.

Qualifications:
