Hyatt Director of Sales & Marketing セールス＆マーケティング部長 in TOKYO, Japan
The Director of Sales and Marketing has direct oversight of the Sales and Marketing operations of the hotel. Responsibilities include the Sales, Marketing, Budget/P&L, revenue forecasting, advertising, marketing, developing and writing business plans, and ownership meetings. Additionally, this role leads the development and implementation of both short-term and long-term strategies in all sales, marketing channels to achieve hotel’s revenue goals and increase market share performance.
The Director of Sales and Marketing reports directly to the General Manager.
As a member of the property's Leadership Committee, the Director of Sales and Marketing is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership.

Key processes include but are not limited to:
Supportin the creation of the annual Hotel Business Plan
Tohelp create and execute the Sales and Marketing plan ensuring that all relevantmarkets are covered and that the plan is measured on a bi-weekly basis.
Managethe Sales & Marketing team on a day to day basis, ensuring they are meetingtheir financial targets and customer service criteria across a portfolio ofpre-defined accounts
Pro-activelydevelop new markets and new business segments.
2-3 years work experience ideally as Director of Sales & Marketing
Strategicorientation, as well as good problem solving, administrative and interpersonalskills are a must
Intermediateor expert skill level in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
