Hyatt Marketing Coordinator in TUCSON, Arizona
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Marketing Managers and Director with the implementation and evaluation of resort marketing projects. The marketing coordinator will also assist in the analysis and interpretation of resort business need periods and market conditions.
The Marketing coordinator is responsible for:
Ensuring best return on marketing investments measured by ADR, room nights, guest satisfaction scores and overall property profitability.
Coordinating aspects of the properties marketing and communications plan including marketing, advertising (print, social, digital, website), public relations, guest loyalty, special event planning and promotions. Work with the Director of Marketing, vendors, partners, property teams to achieve these goals. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator should flawlessly execute on programs and initiatives for the property. Drive marketing strategies and initiatives to support business goals for Miraval Resort and Spa in partnership with the Director of Marketing. Responsible for ensuring best return on marketing investments measured by ADR, room nights and overall property profitability.
Organized and able to effectively handle multiple projects at the same time. Work in a fast paced environment and deliver projects on time including initiatives including but not limited to direct mail, loyalty programs, magazine, weekly guides, guest events, email.
Assist with public relations efforts and execute a robust PR plan in partnership with vendor to position Miraval for long term success.
Proficient at Microsoft Office, PPT
2-3 years of experience in a Marketing role in a fast paced environment preferred. BS in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred Ability to think through situations for best desired result, problem solving skills and strategic thinking. Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
