This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing. Restaurant Supervisors must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and serve as the liaison between culinary and restaurant operations. This position plays a significant role in the overall outlet performance, which includes product quality and service standards.

The Seasonal Food & Beverage Supervisor will have a main responsibility in one of the four outlets listed below. In addition to the focus outlet, the supervisor will also be trained to assist and oversee the other outlets as needed.

Firewheel Cafe | This is the main dining option for our guest and is a 3-meal operation open from 6AM through 10PM. High volume experience is needed for this operation.

Sheller's | This is the main bar for the hotel and it also serves as a restuarant serving lunch and dinner daily (lunch is seasonal). High volume experience and good beverage knowledge is needed.

Major Neighbor's | This outlet is set next to the Golf Pro Shop. Hours for this outlet vary through the year based on Golf capacity and seasonal guests. Lunch is served daily and dinner (a Steakhouse theme) is served through the summer. Beverage knowledge and fine dining experience are a plus. Old Buck's | This outlet is the hotel's Poolside Bar and Grille. Hours vary based on the season. This outlet requires you to be on your feet and in the summer sun for long hours. High volume experience and beverage knowledge is needed.
