Qualifications:

Service : Humane Ressources

You refer to the General Manager

You collaborate closely with the financial direction, payroll service and all the hotel's services.

Your skills:

  • 5 years experience's as Human Ressources Director, or Senor Human Ressources Manager, or a similary fonction

  • Ideally an hospitality profile in 5 stars hotel and Palace

  • Good Knowledge of french Labour law and the collective convention of HCR

  • Fluent French and English

Your scope :

  • Create and federate a team of two colleagues with an intern and al the hotel's teams

  • Guarantee the work quality to archived Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme objectives in respect of the hierarchical expectation and the French Law

  • Be an Ambassador of the HR policy and develop HR and Hyatt project's

  • Be a support for the managers and guide them with HR issues and projects

  • The personnel representative (CSE preparation and animation, NAO, incentives and employee savings plans, election)

  • HR budget reporting, payroll costs and salary increase

  • Personnel management and supervision (administration, annual review, disciplinary proceeding and planning)

  • Career development reporting, Hyatt'smentoring program and succession plan's

  • Implementation and direction of the colleagues satisfaction survey

  • Oversee the recruitment process (interview, on-boarding, and applicant tracking) and the training process (training plan, organise and animation of the session, and budget follow up)

  • Organisation and animation of social's activities ( colleague's acknowledgement)
