Hyatt Event Sales Executive in ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates

Whether guests are sharing an intimate moment or a large celebration, there is a dining option for everyone * The Event Sales Executive's primary focus is servicing Sale bookings. This position acts as the liaison between Meeting Planners and the hotel staff * Key responsibilities include: answering phone inquiries & email inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting Hotel Tours, planning Events, creating Event Confirmations, Event execution and Event follow-up * Maintain complete records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel as per Policies & Procedures. * Follow any other tasks or duties that may be assigned by the Director of Events * Event Sales Executive also acts as the on-site contact and is responsible for the smooth execution of all events.
* Minimum 2 years work experience as Event Planning Executive or similar role in larger operation * Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Events/Hospitality/Tourism management * Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must * Strong time management & multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under busy operation * Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally & in writing, with clients/guests and other Team Members * Present a professional appearance and confidence.
