Hyatt Executive Chef in ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates

* Functions as the Production Manager for the Food and Beverage operations, ensuring that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel, and are individually profitable. * Drive Divisional entrepreneurial approach, ensure divisional resources are aligned to successfully implement the hotel annual growth strategy and accomplish our Purpose. * Embed Hyatt’s Purpose of Care by enabling colleagues to be their best. * Work with the Director of Operations and Director of Restaurants in the preparation and activation and regular review of the F&B Marketing toolkit

Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production. Minimum 4 years work experience as Executive Chef in large operation. Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity are a must.
