Who are YOU? • Not just any chef; you are a Bluespoon Demi Chef de Partie who will work on development production and presentation of the Bluespoon a la carte items together with the team; • A natural leader who has the ability to motivate and train those around him/her; • Someone who is eager to do new suggestions for alternative menu items and minimizing waste; • By adding some personal flavor and touch, a Bluespoon Demi Chef de Partie will not back away from some administrative tasks and some interaction with our guests to exceed their expectations.

Qualifications:
YOUR recipe to success: • You have a minimum of 1 year work experience as Demi Chef de Partie or 2-3 years as Commis; • You have a love for Dutch cuisine and passion for fresh, local ingredients; • You are, preferably, specialized in à la carte service, in a hotel or restaurant with good standards; • ‘HACCP’ is your middle name; • You have a diploma in food production; • Creativity, motivation and a hands-on mentality; • An international state of mind; • Good language and communication skills in English (and ideally in Dutch as well); • You are already holding an EU/EEA passport and/or valid work permit for the Netherlands.

Bluespoon Restaurant & Bar are located inside the Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht. The hotel combines the best of lifestyle and Boutique hotels with a contemporary and personal approach. The hotel offers 117 artistically inspired spacious guestrooms and 5 luxury suites on the Prinsengracht.
