FRONTOFFICE HOST

Are youready for your story at a different place?

  • You will be responsible for the guest experience inthe Gallery of the hotel

  • Your duties will include the arrival and departure processes, providinginformation to our guests, as well as some Food & Beverage services likeserving drinks

  • You will answer phone calls and e-mails bothinternal as external

  • You will assist the guests with all their enquiries(shuttle reservations, complaints, touristic information etc.)

Who are you?

  • Youhave great language skills in English and preferably in Dutch as well

  • Youhave experience in providing service

  • Youare familiar with preferably Micros and OPERA

  • It is not a problem for you to work in rotatingshifts (morning/evening/night) and weekends

  • Youare eligible to work in the Netherlands

  • Youthrive through the buzz of working in a dynamic team and in a great hotel
