Hyatt Banquets Coordinator in ATLANTA, Georgia

The Events Coordinator must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Events (Banquets) department and management team. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.

Qualifications:

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient knowledge of computer applications

  • Previous administrative experience to include scheduling and payroll processing preferred

  • Previous F&B, Events & Hospitality experience preferred

  • Flexible scheduling availability to include weekends and holidays as needed due to the demands of business
