About the Role:
Looking for a passionate Chinese chef, you need to have more than three years of experience in a well-known Chinese restaurant. Responsible for supervising Chinese dishes in restaurants and banquets, you must be proficient in authentic Chinese cuisine and familiar with other regional cuisines. Independently complete the production of Chinese dim sum and have the ability to create a unique Chinese menu. Good communication skills and stress resistance will be highly desirable.
* Completed Chef Apprenticeship * Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards * Safe and accurate knife skills * Work experience as Chef de Partie or 2years as Demi Chef in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands A career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
