Hyatt Guest Services Attendant in AUSTIN, Texas

Description:
Miraval Austin is seeking full time and part time Guest Services Attendants to join our team. Guest Services Attendants are responsible for ensuring all arriving and departing guests receive an exceptional greeting and a warm farewell, delivery of luggage, giving resort orientations, delivering items to rooms and filling in as a driver when needed. We are looking for colleagues who can make a connection to our guests, are empathetic and compassionate, and are engaging and friendly.

Qualifications:
* Basic computer skills
* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment * Great verbal communication skills * Must be completely flexible and be able to work weekdays, weekends, mid-shifts, evenings and holiday * Ability to drive a golf cart in a safe manner * Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
