Hyatt Integrative Wellbeing Supervisor in AUSTIN, Texas
Miraval Austin is looking for an Integrative Wellbeing Supervisor. The primary function of the IW Supervisor is to assist the Director of Spa and Wellbeing with daily operations of the department with the following items: * Supervising an IW Coordinator and Fitness, Yoga, Outdoor Adventure, and IW Specialist staff. * Assisting with guest relations. * Maintaining accurate and up to date Activities Schedule, submit for printing and post to web site. * Managing all information as it pertains to the updating of the Miraval website e.g. program events, lectures, schedules, and communicate with Marketing. * Coordinating all aspects of commissions, one-on-one scheduling, room accommodations, descriptions of information and training to resort staff about the offering * Assisting with Staff commissions and completing weekly payroll. * Acting as a liaison between providers and Experience Planners to arrange added classes and location changes * Auditing Resort Suite and website schedules * Preparing editing materials for weekly guide

* Minimum 2 years-experience in a resort administrative position preferred. * Supervisor experience preferred. * Prefer experience in wellness or a strong interest in Holistic Wellness. * Advanced verbal and written communication, computer, and interpersonal skills required. * Ability to work weekends on a regular basis and holidays as needed.
