Hyatt Retail Specialist in AUSTIN, Texas
Miraval Austin is seeking full-time and part-time Retail Associates to join our growing team. Retail Associates will assist resort guests in the purchase of products and accessories in both our spa retail outlet and our main retail outlet. Specialists will assist guests by providing in depth product recommendations, answering questions, informing guests about our unique product options and expanding sales by offering exceptional customer service, information and support. The ideal candidate for this position has experience working in retail and a strong dedication to providing exceptional service for guests.

* Retail sales experience (minimum one year) * Must be computer literate and have the ability to learn various software programs/applications.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally.
