Hyatt Spa Treatment Coordinator-Part Time in AUSTIN, Texas


Miraval Austinsits nestled in 210 acres of the Balcones Canyonlands Preserve overlooking beautiful Lake Travis and just 30 minutes north of downtown Austin. Our property includes 117 guest rooms, conference facilities, a beautifully-appointed restaurant with an exhibition kitchen and outdoor patio, full-service spa with infinity edge pool, fitness center, horse stables and covered arena, farm, a challenge course, and many other facilities and amenities available to our guests at this all-inclusive resort.

We are seeking a Part Time Spa Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The Spa Treatment Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of reviewing and balancing of our spa therapists’ (massage and skin care) daily schedules and ensuring providing administrative support for lead therapists and spa management.


  • Implementing for shift schedules, ensuring correct distribution of shifts, releasing/adding therapists’ shifts and managing availability based on occupancy and demand.

  • Manage therapists’ schedules including time off approved by management.

  • Assist reservations and pre-arrival departments with guest special requests.

  • Maintain clear communication with the department and property as a whole via phone/email.

  • Manage therapist menu of services as they are trained to add services or services need to be removed from their menu as directed by management.

  • Assist with special projects, such trainings, video and photo shoots, and VIP guests.

  • Assist with linen and product inventory as needed.

  • Operating PMS system (ResortSuite).

  • Occasionally work as Spa Coordinator and/or Spa Attendant as needed.

  • Assists spa management in any and all tasks requested.

  • Must be computer literate and have the ability to learn various software programs/applications.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills are essential.

  • Solutions oriented approach to problem solving.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on guest satisfaction in a luxury spa environment.

  • Capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally.

  • Possess a current CPR/First Aid certificate or can receive this certificate within 1 month of hire.

  • Open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

  • A professional demeanor and appearance.


  • 1-2 years of experience in the Spa/Hospitality industry.

  • Experience with spa/property management software and appointment scheduling is desired.
