Hyatt Guest Services Agent (Full-Time) in AVON, Colorado

Guest Services Agents are responsible for assisting arriving and departing guests with luggage, they are also responsible for any guest requests as well as presenting guest food and beverage preferences timely and to temperature. Guest Services Agents engage in casual conversation and enhance the experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general in room dining preparation, removal of serving trays, and maintaining a sanitary environment. This position is for the overnight shift from 11 pm - 7 am and also requires light food preparation in addition to delivery.

Qualifications:
* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. * Refined verbal communication skills. * Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight. * General culinary skills a plus. * Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking. * Ability to work weekends and holidays.
