Hyatt Market Attendant - Full Time in BALTIMORE, Maryland

The Market attendant will provide service in the Market located on the property of the hotel. This position will be responsible for fulfilling guest orders as well as delivery of food and beverage items if requested. The Market attendant will prepare beverage and food items in accordance with menu standardsand provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests.
Market attendants ensure that the Market and inventory are neatly organized and attractively displayed. This position is responsible for making product recommendations and processing forms of payment to include room charges, credit cards and cash for novelty items. Market Attendants are the final point of contact for the experience and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.

- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
- Must be able to work all shifts (including overnight shifts , weekends & holidays)
- Must successfully complete position training
