The Assistant Housekeeping Manger is responsible for assisting in the oversight of the entire housekeeping area, including public areas for the efficient and consistent running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards. This requires a solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies and will assure all safety and security policies and procedure are followed. These responsibilities also include staff training, development and scheduling. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will promote an atmosphere that insures customer, associate, and owner satisfaction. This position will reports directly to the Housekeeping Manger and requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to identify priorities and effectively deal with guests, other departments and team members.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Housekeeping Manager. Work with passion, Be creative & innovative, Embrace changes and challenging, Confident, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
