Assists in the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Services Department within the Rooms Division

Qualifications:

  • Ideally with a relevant degreeor diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years workexperience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative andinterpersonal skills are a must.

  • Fluent Chinese and English isan asset.
