* Support and guide World of Hyatt training efforts that will create awareness and enthusiasm for WOH program * Work with the Director of Rooms to prepare and implement initiatives that will help drive preference and engagement with World of Hyatt members * Execute partnership marketing programs that will help drive promotions and acquisitions * Serve as a liaison to the corporate World of Hyatt program team in providing program updates and communications * Provide training to hotel associates in order to drive the program’s key performance indicators and promotion participation * Identify best training method to educate those responsible for implementation of new loyalty initiatives * Serve as local point person on aspects of WOH program, including global initiatives, hotel standards.
* Bachelor’s degree, background in loyalty marketing is a plus * Excellent written and verbal English language skills, fluency in another European language a plus * Able to work well across a large organization with the capacity to successfully manage associates who do not have a formal reporting line * Must be self-driven and able to work autonomously with minimal day-to-day supervision * Detail-oriented with very strong project management skills with the ability to follow projects through to completion with flawless accuracy, on time and within budget * Exhibit strong business acumen and project management skills, be results-driven and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
