Hyatt Director of Event Management at Sunriver Resort in BEND, Oregon
The Director of Event Management is responsible for ensuring proper planning, set up and service of all banquet and catering functions. S/he will work closely with the Sales Department to ensure contract expectations are met and exceeded. This position supervises all banquet service and culinary associates to ensure guest satisfaction and exceptional service delivery. This is a leadership role responsible for training of associates to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Sunriver Resort food and beverage standards and company policies and procedures.The Director of Event Management is responsible for all event supervision and is expected to maintain efficient communication with other departments and to ensure the accuracy of event details. S/he will assist in maintaining the AAA Four Diamond Standards.
* Four year degree preferred * At least five years’ experience managing a complex wedding, banquet, and catering operation
