Description:
The executive chef is responsible for leading the culinary operation making sure that all the bars and hotel restaurants and any F&B outlet, including banquets, operate with excellence according hotel and brand standards and ara individually profitable.

Qualifications:
* Professional degree in culinary * 3 years of experience leading hotel culinary operations * Knowledge and experience in budgeting and cost contrl * Soft competencies such as: Creativity Result focus Team leadership
