Hotel Guest Experience Lead is a supportive role to our operations team. This individual will be responsible for creating our guests’ VIP experience within Hyatt Regency Boston. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as our hotel guest experience lead. If you have worked in the hospitality industry and have a passion for each operation, this is the job for you!
