Hyatt Manager on Duty in BOSTON, Massachusetts
Exhale Back Bay is seeking a highly motivated, friendly team member for the Manager on Duty position at our front desk. Exhale is a nationally recognized spa and fitness brand with locations throughout the US and Bermuda.
Exhale offers massage, facials, nails and waxing as well as Barre and Yoga classes. The MOD position includes being the lead guest experience associate when management is not on property. You will answer phones, book spa and class reservations, check guests in and out as well as provide leadership with dealing with certain guest or booking issues.
MOD's play a key role in membership sales and assisting in the boutique which features fitness attire/athleisure wear, skin care products and gifts. Our MOD's work closely with the guest experience associates and all other therapy and teaching team members to ensure an amazing experience for all our guests.

Applicants must be comfortable with and enthusiastic about working in guest service. You will be high energy, personable and ready to learn. Previous guest service experience is required. This is a part time hourly position. The selected applicant MUST be willing to work on the weekends.
