The responsibilities could include overseeing any operational area or department in the hotel such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage outlets, Banquets or other areas as deemed necessary, possibly rotating. Duties will include but are not limited to guest satisfaction, training, staff development, and scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • One year of previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
