Description:

  • Welcome and assist customers.

  • Deliver the services

  • Ensure coordination between the different departments

Qualifications:

  • Training: Hotel training required

  • Experience: minimum 2 years in accommodation in an establishment of the same category

  • Abilities: Fluency in English and French

Mastery of office automation,

Good knowledge of the hotel management tool,

Sense of welcome and essential interpersonal skills,

Very good communication with the professional entourage.
