Post Duties: 1、确保员工知晓和遵守所有酒店内部规章制度 Ensures that all in-house rules and regulations are communicated to associates and implemented. 2、持续寻求市场和公关机会以增加酒店知名度和获取业务 Continuously seeks Marketing and Public Relations opportunities to increase awareness and ultimately business. 3、确保通过直接销售活动、电话和书面沟通确保酒店的高知名度 Ensures a high level of exposure for Hotel through direct sales solicitation, telephone contacts and written communications. 4、进行充分的竞争对手调查，保持良好的酒店产品知识 Conducts extensive competitor research and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel. 5、培养与媒体间的良好的关系，最大可能的提高酒店的知名度，每周宴请记者、编辑和媒体，而非仅限于特别事件 Fosters outstanding relationship with the press and maximize the hotel exposure, journalists, editors and proprietors of media should be entertained on a weekly basis, not just on special occasions. 6、每周安排需要宴请的媒体和主要联络人 Institutes weekly entertainment schedule for media and key contacts where possible.
Minimum 3 years’ college education, good at English both speaking and writing;
Minimum 4 years international hotel experience in sales and marketing, events department, including 3 years in a managerial capacity.
