Hyatt Restaurant Manager in CHANTILLY, France

Description:
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

Manage the assigned outlets as a profitable profit center, in accordance with the procedures of the outlets and the standards of Hyatt International, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction within budget and contributing to the financial success of the outlets.

Qualifications:
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, - Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of F&B, or Assistant Director of F&B in large property, - Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, - Proficiency in English is mandatory, a third language is an asset.
