Hyatt Assistant Director of Revenue Management in CHARLESTON, South Carolina

The Associate Director of Revenue Strategyis responsible for implementing and evaluating the most effective reservations and revenue management techniques, procedures and channels for the hotel while constantly monitoring these practices in the reservations and sales departments in order to maximize profitability of the rooms inventory. This includes the maintenance of guest satisfaction through the responsiveness of transient and group reservation processing. This position will also evaluate, in conjunction with the Regional Director of Revenue Strategy, monthly and daily selling strategies of the group and transient sales team, including the daily price positioning of group business. Ensure all sales and service standards and departmental goals are met.

* College Degree preferred * Prior hospitality experience preferred * Revenue Management / Property Management / or Reservations Management oversight of a Multi-property resort. * Relevant industry experience in Revenue, Group Sales, Marketing and/or Reservations. * Experience in Non-Branded, Independent resorts / company preferred. * Knowledge in property management systems is highly desirable, and technical proficiency in Microsoft applications is required specifically Excel. The ability to problem solve, identify, and find solutions in a high volume resort.
