You will assist with the efficient running of Guest Services Departments in line with Hyatt's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate guest and owner expectation. The Hotel Manager-Operations is responsible to assist in the daily task of the Guest Services Department and in support of all other operating department.
-Minimum 1 year FOM or ADOR working experience. -Outgoing and maintain positive guest and colleague in interactions with good working relationship.
