The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for helping to lead the successful team of NoMI Kitchen, our award winning full service restaurant, as well as NoMI Lounge, NoMI Garden and In Room Dining. Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and dynamic leader with a passion for service, food and beverage trends, and fostering positive relationships. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with operating procedures. This person may also help coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills.

* Minimum of 2 years as F&B Management preferred. * Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred. * Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader. * Open availability required.
