Hyatt Associate Manager, Global Social Strategy in CHICAGO, Illinois

The Associate Manager of Global Social Strategy is responsible for managing tools, workflows, measurement, and visualizations. They will be primary contact for our GCC teams and will troubleshoot issues and requests with tools, reporting, and global crisis management on social media. Utilizing Managed Services, the Associate Manager will provide tool enhancements, trainings, and reports as a SME for Social Listening, Competitive Benchmarking, Social Care, UGC, and Display (Data Visualizations). The Associate Manager will also support Field Marketing, Regional, and Corporate teams as needed. The Associate Manager will additionally support priority initiatives for properties worldwide. * Develop, nurture and manage partnership with Global Contact Center, specifically helping maintain best-in-class Social Care program with the use of technology, reporting, SOPs, and workflows * Lead crisis management globally, advising hotels and GCC of protocol, and partnering with Communications, Legal, and/or HR (includes on call weekend support) * Manage Sprinklr (social media tool) relationship including managed services, social listening and completive reports, UGC, and more * Support UGC digital transformation efforts on, app, and email marketing by managing UGC moderation services and developing a plan to curate content across 800 hotels * Support creation of best practice guidelines for the Field in regards to Social Media Management (account setup, content best practices, channel best practices, Sprinklr access and how-tos, etc) * Manage data and curation that is powered on Social Media Display visualizations * Assist with project managing technology enablements and related ad hoc projects * Support maintaining the platforms and content development for Hyatt's Social Media and playbook designed for the field to communicate best practices, case studies, and trends * Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values (included in all job descriptions) The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. Experience * Minimum of between 3-5 years of experience, ideally with experience in a client focused Global Social Media role * Sprinklr experience (or relevant enterprise tool experience) is strongly preferred. Advanced certifications (admin, listening, reporting) are a plus.

Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job * Excellent skills in Microsoft Word. Excel, and PowerPoint * Additional Comments and Requirements * Experience with internal client management, project management, and passion for delivering with excellence * Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once * Must be analytical and able to create reports and interpret data in efforts to story tell meaningful insights * Must be highly competent technologically and has a deep willingness to continuously learn new tool capabilities * Must be able be passionate and keep up to date in the field/ space
