Hyatt Coordinator – Americas HR in CHICAGO, Illinois



This person will provide support for the Americas Human Resources Team. This will include supporting North America Full Service, as well as our managed Hyatt House/Hyatt Place locations.

The following provides a sample of this position’s responsibilities:

  • Responding to colleague inquiries
  • Answering general questions from our hotels
  • Coordinating HR vendor services
  • Coordinating the colleague engagement survey
  • Ethics Point Report management
  • Project management in several areas including, but not limited to, Human Resources Policies and Procedures, and Colleague Relations initiatives.
  • Other projects assigned as necessary

  • 3-5 years of work experience required
  • Previous hotel Human Resources experience preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel operations preferred
  • Prior experience working with confidential information or in a highly confidential environment


  • HS diploma required, some college coursework preferred

Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience with HR systems such as EIS, PeopleSoft, Talent Hub and Saba preferred
