Hyatt Golf Shop Attendant - Suncadia in CLE ELUM, Washington


This position will handle financial transactions for golfers on golf course, including merchandise sales, answer telephones, schedule tee times, and handle questions relating to golf. They will play an integral role in membership retention. Responsible to issue and process returns of golf carts and rental equipment to and from golfers ensuring that all returns are checked and correctly documented.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work at thecounter handling counter activities, including golfer check-in and collectionof fees;

  • Perform selling and merchandising toassist in the daily operation of the merchandising in a manner to maximizeservices and profitability to enhance the Company’s image;

  • Perform golfer check-in, customerservice, selling, telephone, and cashier duties as required;

  • Responsible for stocking andeffectively merchandising the retail floors;

  • Responsible for creative and effectivemerchandise displays;

  • Assist golf staff with propercollection of golf fees, tournament organization and administration, and dailyrecord keeping;

  • Develop an atmosphere of professionalfriendliness and act as representative of the Company to the public;

  • Comply with all theCompany’s policies, procedures and safetyregulations;

  • Comply with the Company’s grooming anduniform policies;

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Ability to work well with others andfunction well in a fast paced environment;

  • Selling and Merchandising experiencehelpful;

  • Excellent service skills includingtelephone etiquette and ability to work with the public;

  • Must be able to work flexible hours anddays including weekends, holidays and variable shift times.
