The Assistant Operations Manager will rotate throughout the operations of the hotel. They will experience oversight of our Food and Beverage outlets as well as the Front Office, Housekeeping and Recreation. Responsibilities may include training, staff development and accountability, scheduling and managing guest related situations.

* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment * Refined verbal and written communication skills * Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred * Ability to work a flexible schedule * Food and Beverage supervisory experience preferred
