The Food & Beverage Attendant provides support to the food and beverage service staff. They acts as a liaison between the culinary line staff and the service staff relaying food as well as information. They also provides support to servers in Market Stand Café to expedite service to our customers.

Primary job duties and responsibilities: * Set up or refresh condiment station at the front line ensuring all dressings and condiments are easily accessible during service and being maintained at a safe temperature. * Once the culinary team finishes cooking all food on an order, they will place the ticket on the plates for that order. The attendant will add all sauces, dressings or condiments and then deliver that food to the guests at the tables ensuring the order is accurate and complete. * The attendant will communicate with the servers if anything is requested from the guest at the time of food delivery. If it is an extra condiment/sauce, the attendant will deliver it to the table. * When the dish cart at BB2 is full, the attendant will push the cart back to the dish tank, unload the tubs of dishes, reload the cart with empty bus tubs and return the cart to the server station at BB2. * When the attendant is not busy at the line or delivering food, he/she will assist in bussing and resetting tables in Market Stand Café. * When the attendant is not busy at the line or delivering food, he/she will roll silverware. * At the end of the shift, ensure all condiment are stored properly for the next shift. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the condiment cooler with proper label and dating procedures. * At the end of the shift ensure the front line is tidy and clear of dirty and/or unneeded equipment. * Promote safe operations in all areas throughout the work day including proper food handling procedures. * Assist with other work duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
* Requires the ability to read English. Requires effective verbal communication.

Required physical abilities and essential desirable behaviors: o Detailed orientated individual with the ability to multi-task o Ability to maintain a positive attitude working in a fast paced work environment o Ability to maintain a highly positive and friendly image that reflect' o Adaptive and flexible team player o Ability to stand or walk for most of an 8 hour shift o Lifting and carrying trays of food up to 20 pounds.
