This individual is responsible for answering incoming calls to the Hyatt Regency Columbus and must have good typing skills, a positive attitude and excellent phone demeanor. The Phone Operator must work well handling a high volume of calls and the ability to multi-task. In addition, the Phone Operator should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the hotel and surrounding area.
