We’re looking for a passionate, dedicated and flexible individual to prepare and execute high quality items for a variety of events including breakfasts, lunches, receptions, dinners, weddings and off property catering. This position involves standing on feet for long periods of time and requires the ability to lift, push and carry moderate amounts of weight. Candidates must have open availability, on any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

* Requires good communication skills. * 3 years of previous line experience preferred. * Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. * Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills. * Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen. * Requires moderate supervision and training.
