This posting is for a Full Time Regency Club Concierge at the Hyatt Regency Denver located in downtown Denver. Candidate for this position must be available to work both early AM and PM shifts. A typical shift for this position will be either 5:00am-1:30pm or 1:00pm-9:30pm. Schedules are based on business needs.

Hyatt Regency Clubs are exclusive, private lounges that cater to VIPs and frequent stay members. These clubs offer a variety of food and beverage services as well as the latest in media options and technology. In addition to setting up the food & beverage offerings in the lounge, the Regency Club Concierge is responsible for answering questions and making reservations or recommendations for guests. This position offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge special guest requests.

Must have refined verbal communication skills.

At least one year of previous guest or customer service experience required.

Requires the ability to lift, push and carry a small to moderate amount of weight.

Candidates must have open availability, including weekends and holidays.

** $14.00 per hour.
