Hyatt Human Resources Manager in DUSHANBE, Tajikistan
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources and the implementation of Hyatt’s Purpose and HR Strategies throughout the hotel.
We are looking for HR leader with a passion to make a difference, independent performance driven and result orientated, able to recruit, train, learn, motivate, retain and able to engage with a caring attitude towards everyone you touch every day.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager in larger operation.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
English, Russian and Tajik languages proficiency are a must.
