We are looking for an intern to assist our F&B Manager and our Restaurant Managers on their daily missions.
The internship period will be for 6 months, starting in July 2019.
You will work for 35 hours per week (5 working days - 2 days off including Sunday).
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers in our F&B Outlets and to give a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction. You will have to understand Hyatt standards, to know our menus and you will discover the food & beverage department in our luxury establishment.
Your main missions will be the following ones :
- Support the F&B Manager in his administrative duties and projects
- Manage, on a weekly basis, the follow-up and monitoring of the food and beverage costs using our control tools
- Assist and support the food and beverage operational teams on our different outlets
- Integrate Hyatt standards regarding the food and beverage department
This list is non-exhaustive and will be adapted regarding your motivation and implication.
You must be enrolled in a Culinary or Hotel School and prepare a diploma as Bachelor or a BTS in Hospitality Industry.
You will need basic knowledge of Food & Beverage (products, service and courtesy).
You will have to speak French fluently and strong English knowledge will be required. A third language will be an asset.
