Hyatt Front Office Supervisor in FR, United States

The Hotel du Louvre, ideally located in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, is looking for a Front Office Supervisor. As part of your various missions, you will report directly to the Front Office Manager.

You will have the following missions:

  • Assist the reception manager and his assistants in the management and optimization of the turnover and in the verification of the adequacy between the profile of the customers and the type of room allocated

  • Coordinate the management of the rooms with the service of governesses

  • Organize and plan the work of receptionists

  • Implement pricing policy procedures

  • Supervise and carry out invoicing and receipts

  • Check the invoicing of the debtors before sending in the accounts

  • Prepare the arrivals and departures of the day and set up the day

-Accompanying guests in room

-Take care of customer’s luggage if necessary

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. A previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor in the Luxury Hospitality Industry would be appreciated. Smiling, Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are necessary. You speak both French and English fluently. Mastering a third language would be appreciated.
