Hyatt Assistant Restaurant Team Leader in FRANCE, United States

Description:
The Brasserie du Louvre, first Bocuse Brasserie in Paris, ideally located in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, is looking for anAssistant Restaurant Team Leader.

You will have the following missions:

  • Make every effort to ensure the optimal state of the point of sale at all times
  • Ensure the smooth running of the service and participate in all operations from the customer reception to the collection
  • Develop a commercial attitude to improve the performance indicators of the point of sale and to promote all services of the hotel
  • Implement the necessary means to ensure the good coordination of the point of sale with the kitchens
  • Supervise your team

    These are continuous schedules, there is no break.

Qualifications:
Excellent presentation, you are characterized by your dynamism, your sense of service and your relationship / business sense. You justify a significant experience in upscale catering. You master the techniques of service, sales and IT tools. You know how to handle stress and conflict.

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. A previous work experience in a Gourmet restaurant as an Assistant Restaurant Team Leader is required. Good customer service and communication skills are necessary. Speaking both French and English fluently is compulsory.
