Description:
The Brasserie du Louvre, first Bocuse Brasserie, is looking for a Brasserie Apprenticeship as of September 2019.

Your main missions will be:

  • Set up the tables
  • Coordinate the good running of the service
  • Ensure the reception and customer service
  • Know how to inform customers on the menu and products
  • Comply with health and safety standards

Qualifications:
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Industry. Minimum work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must. French is required & a good level in English.
