Hyatt Brasserie Bocuse Apprentice from September 2019 in FRANCE, United States
The Brasserie du Louvre, first Bocuse Brasserie, is looking for a Brasserie Apprenticeship as of September 2019.
Your main missions will be:
- Set up the tables
- Coordinate the good running of the service
- Ensure the reception and customer service
- Know how to inform customers on the menu and products
- Comply with health and safety standards
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Industry. Minimum work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must. French is required & a good level in English.
