Hyatt Chef de partie - Brasserie Bocuse in FRANCE, United States

Description:
The Brasserie du Louvre, first Bocuse Brasserie in Paris, ideally located in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, is looking for a Chef de Partie for his Brasserie Bocuse. As part of your various missions, you will report directly to the Executive Chef.

You will have the following mission:

  • Make the set up and the dishes with the Executive Chef
  • Comply with hygiene rules
  • Assist and supervise the work of Demi Chef de Partie, commis or apprentices
  • Monitor and maintain stocks
  • Ensure the good atmosphere of the service

These are continuous schedules, there are no cuts.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie in a Hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands. Qualification in Kitchen Production will be an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
