Hyatt Director of Operational Innovation (F/M) in FRANCE, United States

Description:
The DOI defines the strategy to improve business processes (measurable gains in terms of finances and customer loyalty). Attached to the Direction and more particularly to the Hotel Manager, he / she prioritizes the projects to guarantee the strategic objectives. As Quality Manager, the DOI is a methodological expert able to carry out several projects at the same time.

MISSIONS:

  • Project management:

    o Identify, manage and implement innovative improvements to business processes, enabling: measurable financial and customer loyalty gains o Create and lead successful project teams and monitor, support and review projects.
  • Build and animate an IO culture at the hotel :

    o share best practices within the organization o select, train and coach members of the OI team within the hotel o Design and facilitate consultative and productive meetings o LEAN activities planning and activities at the hotel
  • Quality management:

    o Leading quality efforts to meet critical customer requirements o Compile, display, track and analyze issues, flaws and trends o Review client feedback with teams and confirm that appropriate corrective action is being taken. o Develop and monitor the implementation of processes to improve customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS REQUIRED: - Hotel training, business school (Revenue Manager, Director of rooms for example) - Lean Six sigma certification would be a plus. - Project management or similar qualification. - Financial management and marketing.
