Description:

Situé sur le boulevard Malesherbes dans le 8ème arrondissement de Paris, l’hôtel Hyatt Paris Madeleine est un Boutique Hôtel 5 étoiles. Composé de 86 chambres et suites, ainsi que de deux restaurants La Chinoiserie et le Café M, l’hôtel offre à une clientèle d’affaires et de loisirs un cadre luxueux.

Nous recrutons un(e) Responsable Restauration, dont les missions principales seront les suivantes :

  • Etre responsable du bon fonctionnement du département Restauration
  • Gérer les équipes, leur recrutement, leur développement et leur formation
  • Assurer le respect de la qualité de service rendu à la clientèle et de la satisfaction client
  • Participer activement au bon déroulement des services
  • Veiller au bon entretien du matériel, du mobilier et des locaux
  • Assurer la gestion des stocks (vin, alcools et soft)
  • Assurer le respect des normes d’hygiène et veiller à la sécurité de ses équipes
  • En charge de l’optimisation des points de vente (remplissage, revenue)
  • Collaborer avec les autres départements : service commercial, hébergement, cuisine
  • Assurer l’étroite collaboration avec le Directeur Général auprès auquel il rend compte

Qualifications:
Une expérience préalable à un poste similaire dans un hôtel de luxe ou dans un restaurant de renommée est souhaitée.
