Hyatt Guest Relation Manager in FRANCE, United States
The Hotel du Louvre, ideally located in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, is looking for a Guest Relation Manager. As part of your various missions, you will report directly to the Front Office Manager.
You will be guarantor (e) quality of service and hospitality delivered to our customers throughout their stay, by establishing a privileged relationship for their satisfaction and their loyalty in accordance with the standards in force within of the hotel.
You will work in close collaboration with all the operational departments and you will ensure the general quality of the services delivered in the rooms and suites before the arrival of the clients.
You will manage the follow-up of customer complaints and special requests and may be required to carry out check-ins and checkouts if necessary.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as a supervisor in Front Office.
